Welcome to Week 4 of Term 2. It’s been a busy few weeks already with so much going on at the studio. Our new sound system is in, we’ve had our first visit from Humphrey B. Bear, our NAPA College students went off to camp and all our classes have been busy rehearsing for shows and learning new skills! Footloose is close to opening, so make sure you have your tickets. Opening night is selling fast, but there are still seats available for Week 2.

Welcome to Week 3 of Term 2. The weather is really starting to cool down now! Our first round of winter uniforms will be ordered on Friday, 16 May, so please ensure you have made your order by then to ensure you don’t miss out.

Welcome to Week 2 of Term 2! A big welcome to our new families who have joined us this term. If you are new to NAPA don’t forget to follow our socials and join our Facebook group to stay up to date with all the goings on around the studio. Welcome back to Term 2! We’re gearing up for another exciting and busy season at the studio, with lots happening across all our programs. You may have noticed some extra buzz during pickup last week – that was the adult cast of our upcoming production of FOOTLOOSE in action during a fun photoshoot for our official cast announcement, which launched recently.

Happy Week 8! As we approach the end of term, we are finalising casting in our production classes. Our dance classes have settled into a good routine and our Film and TV classes are producing lovely work. We will be closing off enrolments to all of our production classes once casting is complete, however our Dance and Film + TV classes (that have space) will remain open until we begin to prepare for our dance concert.

Happy Week 7 NAPA Family! The past week and upcoming week have seen lots of auditions happening, so I thought it would be good to include a few more tips around auditions in this week’s newsletter. Please take some time to read these to your children.

What a wet and wild week it has been! I hope none of our NAPA families have been too badly affected by the cyclone. As you would have seen in our email tonight, we have sustained some minor damage to the studio, so I have made the call to stay closed tomorrow. With the amount of water around and with the nature of our facility, I do not want to risk it. The safety of the kids and staff is the most important. I will be emailing some individual classes with some make-up lessons that will take place, but most classes will be made up in extra rehearsals for end of year productions.

Week 5 already?! This term is just flying by. I can’t believe it is March already. Kimberley has sent out your monthly statements, so please ensure you check these over and check in with her if you have any issues. This newsletter has a few reminders, so please ensure you’re reading over these and taking note of important info. Have a great week everyone!

Welcome back to Week 4. Lots of amazing things to be proud of this week, with our students kicking goals inside and outside the studio! A lot of these achievements are posted on our social media, so make sure you jump on and give us a follow on all our platforms.

Welcome back to Week 3. Everyone seems to be settling into their classes beautifully and the teachers are all giving me great feedback on how everyone is going. It’s been such a lovely vice around the studio, and I’ve loved seeing how welcoming our current students have been of our new students. Well done cherubs!

Week 1 done! It was an amazing week and we loved meeting all of our new families and seeing lots of happy smiling faces around the studio!

Welcome back to our returning NAPA families and hello to our new families! We are so excited for an amazing year of learning, growth, and opportunities. It is a chock-full year, and we can’t wait to see all our students continue to flourish, doing what they love. This year we will have 5 youth musicals, 2 youth plays, 2 NAPA Ensemble musicals, 2 NAPA Ensemble plays, 3 dance concerts and our Performance Teams will attend 2 dance competitions. On top of this we will be looking for other performance opportunities for our students, so they can experience some real-world experience in a non-competitive environment, where the focus is on performance experience over ranking.

Wow! Our final week of term is here, and what a year it’s been! We could not be prouder of everything the children have achieved this year both at the studio and on stage. The growth is what we are always proudest of and seeing them kick goals throughout the year has made all of the NAPA teachers so proud.

We are officially half way through Term 4. Hasn’t this year just flown by! There is a lot to celebrate this week with the completion of Minefields and Miniskirts and our Musical Theatre and Ballet Exam results arriving, as well as a lot of information on other events.

IT’S SPOOKY SEASON! Happy ‘Halloween week’ to those who celebrate. This year we will be celebrating by having a dress up competition!
