NAPA News - Term 3 Holidays, 2022
DEAR NAPA FAMILIES,
Just a short newsletter today to wish you all a fabulous holiday and enjoy this beautiful weather. Our return date is Tuesday, 4th October, however, we do have Fame and 30 Reasons Not to be in Play rehearsals on Monday, 3rd October. Please ensure your child attends these as this is the final polishing stage and needs 100% attendance.
The last week of term went out with a bang! The Performance Team concert was sensational!! So proud of our fabulous performers and their teachers and choreographers. It was also a great opportunity for our students to perform in front of another audience in readiness for the GTB Finals on the Sunshine Coast in the holidays. This is their last competition of the year! We wish them all the best for a successful and enjoyable trip away.
Laurie will be busy in the holidays laying our new floor for the theatre as well as installing the Fame set. Thanks to all of our sponsors who donate prizes for our raffles and the support of everyone who purchased tickets, we raised enough money to put in a much needed floor in the theatre. As we don’t own the building, it’s hard to have it completely the way we would like, but we do our best with these improvements within the confines of leasing the studio. Laurie was so thankful to the audience members of our final night of the concert who cleared the auditorium within 10 minutes, saving Laurie lots of time and labour.
See you next term!

Welcome back to another busy week at NAPA!
Firstly, apologies that there was no newsletter last week. Between moving house and focusing on our production of Bring It On, things were certainly a little hectic!
A huge congratulations to the entire Bring It On cast, crew and creative team on a fantastic season. We are incredibly proud of the hard work, energy and commitment that went into bringing this production to the stage. Thank you also to everyone who supported the show, whether backstage, front of house or in the audience cheering on our wonderful performers.
Our regular timetable is back to normal this week. However, there will be some timetable changes next week, so please ensure you carefully read the updated schedule that was emailed out. Staying on top of studio correspondence helps everything run smoothly during these busy production weeks.
Thank you, as always, for taking the time to read the newsletter and stay connected with everything happening at NAPA!
