NAPA News - Week 9, Term 2, 2024
Our final week of Term 2 is here! It’s been such a big term for our students and teachers, and we thank our families for all their support through this busy time. Next term is another big one with several productions, Gold Coast Eisteddfod and several other performance opportunities. Keep an eye on your emails for any updates from your class teachers, as extra rehearsals and class changes may happen in Term 3.
PERFORMANCE TEAM CONCERT
The Performance Team Concert was a great success, and we are so proud of all of our students who performed. Lots of quick changes and a few last-minute re-blocks due to illness didn’t stop them from putting on a great show! A massive thank you to our NAPA teachers and parent helpers. We could not do it without your support!
Congratulations all!
INFLATABLE WORLD
Our P&F organised such a wonderful first excursion for 2024. Inflatable World was taken over by the NAPA cherubs yesterday and they had an absolute blast! How lovely to see all of our students enjoying themselves outside of the studio. What a special day spent with great friends. Thank you to our P&F executive committee for this fun event!
ROCK OF AGES TICKETS NOW ON SALE
Tickets for our Broadway Bound Extension class production ROCK OF AGES are now on sale. Rock of Ages is a jukebox musical built around classic rock songs from the 1980s, especially from the famous glam metal bands of that decade. The musical features songs from Styx, Journey, Bon Jovi, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, Steve Perry, Poison and Europe, among other well-known rock bands. Our senior students have had a great time embracing the 80’s era! Come on down for a night of fun! Recommended for audiences 13+

FEE REMINDER
All fees are now due for June. Please ensure these are paid and up to date so we have everything in order for end of financial year. A reminder that fees are calculated as a yearly fee and divided into 10 easy payments, so fees are still paid when we are on holidays. July statements will go out over the holidays, so keep your eyes out for this.
Have a great last week of term and enjoy your school holiday break. See you all in Term 3!
