ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL WEEK

It’s been another week of successful stories from our students with news of our cherubs having success at auditions, in workshops and in their school performing arts communities. If you have any success stories, we’d love to feature them in our newsletter so don’t forget to send them in!

UNIFORMS HAVE ARRIVED

Our Activated Industry dance and competition uniforms have arrived and are ready for pick up in reception. If you missed out, we do have some extra stock, so check in with Kimberley if you’re looking to secure anything. Our Winter Uniform range will also be available to order soon. See next week’s newsletter for more details.

ON SET VISIT

Recently I was lucky enough to visit our NAPA College student Izellah Connelly on the set of Rock Island Mysteries. I got to see behind the scenes rehearsals, meet the cast and even watch some filming. I could tell they love her as much as we do and seeing her in her element was so special. Another super proud moment!

NEW ABSENTEE PROCEDURE

Thank you to all of our parents who let us know when their child is going to be absent. As we get quite a lot of these, we thought it would be best to streamline the procedure for letting us know. All absentee emails should be sent to our office manager Kimberley, who will then put a note in the class roll to notify the teachers. You will only receive correspondence back if a student absence causes concern around an upcoming production or performance.

To contact Kimberley please email [email protected]

MORE COMP SUCCESS

Another of our College students had great success at a recent comp. Jasmine Andrews was awarded 1st place for Broadway Jazz and Song & Dance and 2nd place for Contemporary and Tap at the Sunshine Coast Dance Eisteddfod. Well done, Jazzy!
