PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TIMETABLE IS CURRENT AS AT

STAGE 3 COVID GUIDELINES
In the Stage 3 COVID Safe Plan provided by AUSDANCE there are a number of areas where we need your assistance.
TO LIMIT PERSONAL EXPOSURE:
Parents to drop off and pick up only, unless:
you need to see Laurie at the office
speak to a teacher but email if possible
your child is new
you have a pre-school child
Students are to arrive on time, leave on time
The basic principles of physical distancing are to be maintained as much as practical
Eat off-site where possible
Instruct your child to maintain at least 1.5m apart when not required for a specific dance/acting activity
Any tasks that can be done at home, should be done at home (changing into performance attire, costume or clothing repair, make-up, hair)
PLEASE NOTE:
Physical contact in classes is allowed as it’s an intrinsic part of Dance and Physical Performing Arts (DPPA) and each individual discipline requires varying levels of contact to provide participants with connection to the activity, correct movement under instruction, or to maintain personal safety during the activity
ALL PERSONNEL AND PARTICIPANTS ENGAGE IN GOOD HYGIENE PRACTICES SUCH AS:
not attend activities if feeling unwell
frequent hand washing or using alcohol-based sanitisers
not sharing water bottles or personal equipment
avoid touching their face
limit touching of surfaces
covering sneezes and coughs
TIME ALLOWED FOR INCREASED CLEANING ROUTINES
Classes will finish 5 minutes before the scheduled time to allow teachers to wipe down with disinfectant frequently touched areas and surfaces as well as equipment used in readiness for the next class.
On entry to the class each child will be greeted with hand sanitisers prior to commencing class
ADEQUATE CLEANING PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE
Cleaning protocols are to include:
regular common surface disinfection
disinfection of high-touch points and common use equipment between activities
regular cleaning of bathroom amenities used for personal sanitation.
PERFORMANCES
We can now operate at full capacity seating for performances. The seating will be set 2m from the stage. Continue to keep safe distances when ordering at the bar or sitting outside.
